Previously,
Laura
taught in urban public high schools, served as an executive
director of a nonprofit youth-leadership organization, and was a staff
member of the Senate Antitrust Subcommittee in Washington D.C. A born
“mover,” Laura was a nationally competitive collegiate gymnast, a
professional dancer, and is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor.
Laura holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University in
International Relations and a Masters in Education from Brown
University.
Christine Cully, Healthy Eating LeaderChristine is hard to keep up with. A globetrotter, she's worked around the world in the financial services sector and most recently in non-profit development. For the past year, she's been helping underserved youth learn healthy lifestyle habits through running. A long distance runner herself, she's a vocal advocate of walking to work or taking the bus. So watch out for her if you drive by.
With expertise in nutrition, she's our go-to person when it comes to healthy eating.

Clare Cleveland, Motion Infusion Developer
Clare got hooked on movement from an early age. She took her first dance class at age four, and she’s been moving ever since. Clare brings an expertise in the connection between the mind and body.
Clare’s approach integrates dance, yoga, massage, and rehabilitation. She also works as a research analyst for the Division of Rheumatology at UCSF Medical Center.
Clare holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego in biology and psychology and is a Licensed GYROTONIC® Trainer and a Certified Integrative Yoga Therapist.
Kate Clemens, Motion Infuser
Our on-site yoga instructor, Kate is focused on keeping groups moving forward. Just ask folks at the Pentagon where she served as a Command Fitness Leader.
Kate draws on her extensive background in the health and wellness field combining her knowledge of yoga, nutrition, sports training, and health counseling. A strong advocate of the mind / body connection, Kate knows the finer art of balance – in life and work.

MeiMei Fox, Motion Infuser
MeiMei Fox is an Ana Forrest certified yoga instructor who teaches at Aha Yoga and Yoga Tree. She brings a rich background in psychotherapy and life coaching, as well 10 years of experience writing and editing non-fiction health and wellness, spirituality and psychology books, with her into the classroom. MeiMei believes that yoga offers an inspirational path to connecting mind, body, and spirit.
